At Lunara, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Certain items such as underwear, bodysuits, accessories, sale items, or personalized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on their location and the reason for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Lunara customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Lunara reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
